CAPITAL METRORAIL PROGRESS REPORT – NOVEMBER 18, 2009
Capital Metro Interim Chief Operating Officer Elaine Timbes delivered the monthly MetroRail update to the Board of Directors on Nov. 18, 2009.
Capital MetroRail staff and Veolia continue to work on completing the remaining tasks for the start up of the Red Line. Click here to view the presentation.
In addition to the presentation, Timbes spoke about the shift to afternoon/evening testing in order to test the schedule in real-time conditions and provide additional practice operating the trains at night. She informed the Board that the testing is going well and that the trains have been meeting the tentative schedule.
