To maintain and repair our growing bus fleet, as well as Capital MetroRail trains and future Capital MetroRapid articulated buses, we are expanding and adding maintenance facilities.

North Operations Facility — The new North Operations facility is located on Burnet Rd. near U.S. 183. Currently, First Transit, the contractor for UT Shuttles, operates out of this facility. Soon, Capital Metro will move Paratransit and Commuter Rail operations to North Ops.

Pleasant Valley Operations Facility —This east Austin facility, located at 2910 E. 5th Street houses Capital Metro fixed-route bus operations and serves as our administrative headquarters.
